PLEASE view Chapple Interview 2009 Wayne Chapple of Chapple Fuels Limited has been safely hauling various commodities in Southern Ontario since 1975. He received the Operations Excellence Recognition award from Suncor in 2006. Chapple Fuels Limited hauls petroleum products for all of the major fuel companies. Wayne Chapple operates 25 power units ranging from 525 to 600 HP pulling tankers. Wayne states “a preventative maintenance program is a must and any opportunity to reduce costs while enhancing performance, fuel efficiencies and tailpipe emissions reductions, that have merit and are verifiable are seriously considered by us“. Wayne undertook testing of the diesel fuel additive in one of his 1999 International power units vehicle #208 in 2006. The results of his initial testing of the additive were extremely positive. After adding the fuel additive the regular diesel fuel mileage in test vehicle #208 increased from 1.97 Kilometres per litre to 2.1 Kilometres per litre and on the second trip to 2.3 Kilometres (approximately 16.6% better fuel mileage) per litre. Follow up: 2009 telephone conversationMr Chapple confirmed via a telephone conversation that he has used the fuel additive in his entire fleet for nearly 3 years. He stated they have not had one problem in MILLIONS of highway kms and has experienced less maintenance costs. He also stated that his entire fleet has seen government accredited emission reductions.
